An Aspiring Church

This decade in the life of the church was led by Rev. Shajan Idiculla and Bishop Rt. Rev. Michael John. Church Services were held regularly, with occasional Episcopal and Bishop visits from the diocese. These years witnessed the celebration of the first Thanksgiving and Harvest Festival and also the first house to house caroling. The first Confirmation Service was held on May 15, 1994. The church moved to the St. David’s Anglican Church premises and conducted the first worship service on August 7, 1994. On September 1, 1997, the first wedding bells rang in our church for the marriage of Ravi Kanthan and Sneha Mary Jacob. The first Christmas Cantata (City of Light) was held on December 20, 1997. In 1999, God Almighty enabled us to purchase the first parsonage at 17 Knightsbridge Rd, Brampton and it was dedicated on May 15, 1999. Hence the church progressed, from its humble beginnings into its second decade of existence by the tremendous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
